“The mistake that most companies make, even if they have a single product, is to think that their customers are hanging on their every word or subscribed to their blogs and kind of just waiting to implement the next feature that they might come out with. But the onus is much more on the business. It’s on the company to reach the customer with the right context at the right time to make sure that they're solving a need for the customer more so than anything else.”
